Add Entrupy Verification Certificate For A Handbag

Therefore, if you choose, you can purchase an authentication certificate from our trusted partner, Entrupy. We currently only offer this service for handbags.

To do this, follow the steps below:

Purchase Item "Add Entrupy Authentication Certificate" Each certificate costs $69, and is valid for authenticating one item only. If you have multiple items in an order, you will need to purchase a certificate for each. The certificate will be included with the purchased item.

If your order is not a bag or the brand/model is not supported for authentication by Entrupy, and you believe your item to be inauthentic, please have a third party authentication service provide a certificate noting the item is inauthentic. We will provide you with a refund if the item is indeed inauthentic! We Guarantee Authenticity on all of our Items. 

Please note that authentication from other marketplaces/platforms that deem the item as 'believed to be inauthentic,' or similar language, does not constitute as a third party authentication certificate, and will not be accepted. Please reach out to accredited authentication services that are able to provide certificates of authenticity/inauthenticity.

Authentication callouts must also be made within 3 business days of receiving your item.
